Rishi Kapoor calls Vicky Kaushal's Uri the 'best ever' warfare film made in India
Vicky Kaushal’s Uri has been making a lot of buzz with its box-office success. The film based on India’s Surgical Strike in Pakistan is nearing the Rs 100 crore mark after a nine-day run in the cinemas. Uri has garnered superlative reviews not only by fans and critics but Bollywood celebrities also. Veteran actor Rishi Kapoor recently watched the film and took to his social media account to share his review.
The Mulk actor said that Uri was one of the ‘best ever films made in India’. He wrote,
“Saw URI. Terrific warfare film. Perhaps the best ever made in India. It bought the home the point India has nothing against the citizens of Pakistan but those terrorists being trained in camps against us. Bravo. Let this be an eye opener.”

Last year, Rishi Kapoor announced that he was leaving for New York for a while due to medical reasons. Although he asked his fans not to speculate anything, Neetu Singh’s Instagram post on New Year’s with family was a major hint that the actor was diagnosed with cancer. Her caption read,
“Happy 2019..no resolutions only wishes this year !!! Less pollution traffic!! Hope in future cancer is only a zodiac sign !!! No hatred less poverty loads of love togetherness happiness n most imp. Good health.”
